RECOVERY COACHING

Empowered Recovery. Your Path. Your Pace.

At Reilly Recovery, we take a balanced and open-minded approach to healing. We recognize that recovery is not one-size-fits-all, and people make changes in different ways. Whether you’re reducing use, pausing one substance while continuing another, practicing harm reduction, exploring moderation, or choosing full abstinence—we support the path that aligns with your goals and values.

Our coaching is grounded in compassion, trauma-informed care, cultural responsiveness, and affirmation of all identities, including LGBTQ+. We honor the role that personal beliefs, lived experience, and spirituality may play in your journey, while also respecting that everyone’s needs are unique.

You’re the expert in your own life. We walk alongside you—helping you clarify goals, strengthen relationships, navigate challenges, and connect with practical supports such as housing, healthcare, community resources, and opportunities for personal and spiritual growth.

Recovery is not about choosing the “right” path—it’s about finding the path that’s right for you. We’re here to support meaningful, sustainable change in whatever form that takes. We see clients both in NYC or virtually throughout the US.

FAMILY & FRIENDS SUPPORT

Healing Together. Holding Boundaries. Honoring Your Journey.

When someone you love is struggling with addiction—whether they’re in active use or in recovery—it can be overwhelming, isolating, and emotionally exhausting. At Reilly Recovery, we offer coaching for family members, partners, and friends who want to support their loved one while also caring for themselves.

This service focuses on:

  • Healthy communication—learning how to speak with clarity, compassion, and boundaries

  • Self-care practices—reclaiming space for your own healing, rest, and resilience

  • Boundary-setting—protecting your energy while staying grounded in love and integrity

You don’t have to navigate this alone. We help you process complex emotions, clarify your role, and make empowered choices that reflect your values—not just your fears.

Supporting someone in addiction or recovery doesn’t mean losing yourself. We’re here to help you stay connected to your truth, your needs, and your strength. We see clients in NYC or virtually throughout the US.

CONFLICT RESOLUTION

Facilitated Conversations for Healing and Understanding

Addiction and recovery can strain even the strongest relationships. At Reilly Recovery, we offer facilitated sessions for individuals and their loved ones—whether it’s a partner, parent, sibling, or friend—to address the conflicts that often arise around substance use and recovery.

These sessions are designed to:

  • Create a safe, neutral space for honest dialogue

  • Explore how addiction or recovery is impacting the relationship

  • Identify patterns that may be hindering progress or trust

  • Support boundary-setting, accountability, and mutual understanding

Whether your loved one is in active addiction or recovery, we help you navigate difficult conversations with clarity, compassion, and structure. Our role is to guide—not to take sides—so that everyone feels heard and empowered to move forward with greater awareness and respect.

Healing relationships is part of healing ourselves. We’re here to help you do both. We see clients in NYC or virtually throughout the US.
